Had the pleasure of with General Motors for several years, establishing a strong collaboration on the future of digital experience. In 2019, GMC's Design Team introduced us to the top secret Supertruck, the GMC Hummer EV. The team at General Motors was very ambitious in their approach, allowing myself and the team at Perception to really push the boundaries of what could be achieved. The main tasks at hand were to design new UI/UX for the instrument cluster (Dashboard), Centre stack (Main screen) and the many different modes the Hummer EV could take on.

Inspired by the visuals of the Quantum Realm, Perception’s main on end title sequence features fluid motion, vivid colors and brilliant footage of microscopic chemical reactions to take viewers on a voyage through these vibrant compositions. In this film, Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) and The Wasp (Evangeline Lilly) find themselves journeying through the Quantum Realm and coming face to face with people and challenges like never before. Since this film focuses so heavily on the Quantum Realm, our team decided to center our end title sequence around this unusual and abstract area of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

I worked with the team at Paramount on their new superhero film, Secret Headquarters. The source of the Guard’s technology comes from an orb-shaped energy core. This core is from a distant, alien planet. When Jack Kincaid, also known as the Guard (Owen Wilson) discovers this orb, he uses his background as an IT expert to “hack” the core and create his own superhero technology that he can utilize and is familiar to him. Working with the team at Perception I Art Directed over 110 shots for this film, a huge undertaking involving a solid core of designers.

Working with the team at Perception and Marvel Studios, we took note of the variety of themes that would be included within the The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. Conspiracies, suspicions, and rebellion are growing amongst society, aiding in the development of themes such as the usage of propaganda and the effects of trauma. These themes would play a big role in the growth of the characters and the plot, so we wanted to expand on them within this sequence.

Working with Marvel and film director Destin Daniel Cretton to Art Direct and design the main on end title.
